What is FASTRACK shipping????

It's simple if you need your cover delivered within 7 days we offer a FASTRACK service. Your order is moved to the top of the production list and then shipped DHL or TNT.

What time frame Could I expect my cover normally?

Covers are usually made and delivered within 2-3 weeks depending on the work load at the time. When you place an order online we have a system in place that alerts you via e-mail where we are with the manufacturing process. Firstly an e-mail:-

• Confirming the order (we have received it & you get an order number)
• Processing Your Order (Payment is taken manually, not automatically online)
• Completed your Order (Your cover has been bagged & tagged & shipped shortly)

Most people assume payment is automated online but we like to manually process payments, because sometimes the order form will add things up wrong or miss important information that we can manually enter.
